I waited almost a year before writing this review because I wanted to judge my experience based on the final outcome rather than my first impression. The doctors and staff were all friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the actual treatment was disappointing. During my wisdom tooth extraction, the local anesthesia was not sufficient, and I could still feel significant pain halfway through the procedure. They had to stop and administer more anesthetic, which was a very frightening experience. The sutures also came loose within a week, and my healing process was much slower and more difficult than expected. I had another wisdom tooth removed at a different clinic before, where the extraction itself was actually more complicated, but the suturing was done much better and my recovery was far smoother. The difference in healing between the two experiences was significant. Another issue I had was the PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) treatment. The clinic automatically included it as part of the procedure, even though it is not covered by insurance. They never clearly explained that it was optional or discussed whether I wanted it beforehand. I only realized

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Steve, my hygienist, who is always responsible, highly skilled, and genuinely caring toward patients. He provides excellent care with great attention to detail and makes every visit a positive experience. I am also very grateful to Doctor Lee for his extensive experience and expertise. Through the gum surgery and treatment, he has made a significant improvement in my gum health. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in my oral health. I went to Doctor Perio for a second opinion and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The office is clean, welcoming, and accommodating. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and informative. The surgical assistant, Tamantha and Dr. Lee were both compassionate and professional. I feel confident in my treatment plan and the team.

I can't recommend Dr. Raval and the entire team highly enough! As someone who has always had a deep-seated fear of dentists, I was incredibly anxious about getting a dental implant but my whole experience was amazing. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles every visit and made the check-in process seamless. They took the time to answer all my questions, which helped ease my nerves right away. Every single dental assistant were wonderful, providing reassuring words and gentle care throughout the entire process. Even one rubbing my shoulder While I was getting the numbing shot (and it was painless) It was like my mother was there and I’m 41 years old lol, So sweet and personable. My experience at Dr. Perio's was nothing less than absolutely wonderful. The staff are so kind and attentive and Dr. Raval is a genuine soul that truly deeply cares about his patients. I can be a bit nervous going in for any sort of dental care but everyone made my visit easy and comfortable and made sure I was aware and felt at ease every step of the way. 10/10 if you need a periodontist, definitely see this office!!!
